Temporary vehicle import to Lithuania
A visa and a vehicle are different law: the person and the car are given their terms by different authorities, and those terms need not match.

This source is not the customs authority. It states 90 days per calendar year for a third-country-registered car; it does not mention a Carnet de Passages or any weight-based distinction.
Article 217 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446: for road means of transport for private use — 6 months; the time-limits run "from the time the goods are placed under the procedure" (i.e. counted from each placement under the procedure, not a rolling window).
