Customs and migration-related sites state that foreign-registered vehicles may be temporarily imported by non-residents for up to 90 days total in a calendar year, with possible extension up to a maximum of 1 year, but only for the period of the person’s visa or temporary residence permit. For ordinary tourists without a residence permit, the practical maximum is 90 days per calendar year, aligned with their own allowed stay.[3][4][9][10]
