This official page states a 90-day short-term temporary entry, with one three-month extension possible before expiry; it does not mention a Carnet de Passages. For tourist vehicle temporary import, the stay is generally tied to the traveler’s permitted stay, so the practical limit may depend on the visitor’s status.

The equipment may stay in the country for up to 90 days.
