The 11.45-meter model on a Mercedes Actros chassis features a slide-out extension, a garage for a passenger car, and two air conditioning units. The gross vehicle weight is 18 tons, and the powertrain delivers 455 horsepower.

Morelo, the premium subsidiary of Knaus Tabbert, introduced two new motorhomes: the Empire Liner (9.65–11.99 m) with a garage for a small car, and the compact Home 78 L (7.81 m). Prices start at €460,900 and €194,900 respectively.
A Morelo Grand Empire 110 GSO motorhome is listed for sale in Maasdijk. Priced at €599,000, it is currently the most expensive motorhome on the Dutch market. The vehicle is built on a Mercedes-Benz Actros chassis and features slide-out sections to expand the living area.
Three companies from Schlüsselfeld — Morelo, Concorde, and Phönix — dominate the motorhome market. Together they hold a 90% market share and employ around 1,000 people. Their products, described as 'rolling villas', are priced comparably to a single-family house.
Two contrasting listings appear on the Benelux market: a used Adria Coral XL for €62,000 and a luxurious Morelo Grand Empire for €599,000.
