Etrusco unveils CV 640 PB+ camper van with lift bed and large rear storage

Italian manufacturer Etrusco has expanded its camper van lineup with the CV 640 PB+ for the 2027 model year. The 6.36-meter van, built on a Fiat Ducato, features an electrically adjustable lift bed at the rear, allowing the space to serve as both a sleeping area and cargo hold. The storage compartment measures 73×111×180 cm. The model also includes a Skyview glass roof and a compact Variobath. Price is €80,990; debut at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf.

Giottiline launches compact motorhomes CX 64 and CX 69

Italian brand Giottiline, part of the Rapido Group, has introduced two new compact motorhome models: CX 64 and CX 69. Both are 2.15 m wide, 15–20 cm narrower than standard semi-integrated models. The 6.45 m CX 64 features a lounge with two longitudinal sofas, an electrically lowering bed (1.82 m), and a large rear bathroom. The 6.99 m CX 69 offers a queen-size bed, a combined bathroom, and a compact kitchen. Prices start at €58,700.

Court overturns overnight parking ban for motorhomes in Selva di Val Gardena

The Regional Administrative Court of Bolzano annulled a ban on overnight parking for motorhomes imposed by the municipal council of Selva di Val Gardena, ruling that the council lacked the authority to enact such a measure. Cividate builds 40-pitch camper area to boost tourism in Valcamonica

Camper van crash on A1 highway: six injured, infant in serious condition

A truck rear-ended a camper van on the A1 highway in Italy between Modena and Bologna, carrying a family from Rome.
