At a leisure vehicle show, Concorde presented the Centurion 1050 GI — 10.49 m long, 18 t GVW, base price €704,900, rising to €890,370 with options. Its rear garage holds a Microlino electric city car; options include a 900 Ah lithium battery for €13,865, 560 W solar panels for €5,265, a diesel generator for €8,460, a 6 m awning for €4,050 and a sliding platform for €36,205. Built on a Mercedes-Benz Actros chassis, it requires a category C licence and has a 10.7-litre diesel engine producing 315 kW (428 hp).

Promobil examined which motorhomes can be considered the "Mercedes" of campers. Since 2026, Mercedes-Benz has built the Marco Polo camper van in-house on a V-Class base; assembly takes place in Ludwigsfelde, with prices starting at €69,000 for the Horizon and €78,000 for the version with a kitchen. The list of premium motorhomes on Mercedes chassis includes the Hymer B-Klasse (from €165,765), Hymer Grand Canyon S (from €98,000), Hymer Venture S (from €238,500), Carthago Chic C-Line (from €139,730), Carthago Chic E-Line (from €185,370), Eura Mobil Xtura (from €183,400), Kabe Imperial (from €93,495) and Laika Kreos (from €149,990). Luxury liners on Mercedes Actros chassis include the Vario Mobil Assoluto (from €1,164,710), Atventure 1070 (from €840,000), Concorde Centurion (from €699,000) and Morelo Grand Empire (from €599,900). The Niesmann + Bischoff Flair, built on an Iveco chassis and priced from €226,900, won the 2026 promobil readers' poll.

The French leisure vehicle show celebrates its 60th anniversary. More than a hundred brands of campervans, motorhomes and caravans are exhibiting. Nearly 33,500 leisure vehicles were sold in France last year, a stable figure after the post-pandemic boom faded. Hymer displays the Grand Canyon S with over a week of off-grid autonomy, while Westfalia shows the Columbus Liner with a dry toilet and a terrace above the cab for an extra €10,000. Many off-road models exceed 3.5 tonnes and require a category C licence. The cheapest model is the Cvan Switch from €46,900. The Concorde Centurion costs €890,000, and the Air Truck Kodiak is priced at €996,000.

At the Caravan Salon 2026 in Düsseldorf, motorhomes that operate entirely without gas were presented. These include the Atlantis Carbon 4x4 with a carbon-fibre cabin and diesel heating, the Bürstner Habiton with an enlarged rear storage compartment, the La Strada Avanti F with an induction hob, and the luxury Morelo Home and Concorde Centurion 1100 GI (optional). Vario Mobil Perfect and Star have been available gas-free since 2025. Compressor refrigerators, induction hobs and diesel heaters replace gas systems. According to promobil, no gas-related incidents have been documented in over 40 years of testing.

Concorde has unveiled the Liner 1050 GI from its updated Centurion range at the VdL show. The vehicle measures 10.49 m long, is based on an 18-tonne Mercedes Actros chassis and features a car garage. The garage holds an electric two-seat Microlino microcar. The base price is €704,900, while the exhibited model costs €890,370. Options include a 900 Ah lithium battery, a 500-litre diesel tank, a 6-metre side awning, a dishwasher, a wine cabinet and two 2500 W air conditioners.

Concorde has expanded its Centurion range for model year 2027 with two new motorhomes based on the Mercedes-Benz Actros with a 395 hp 6-cylinder engine. The 1050 GI measures 10.49 m and can carry a Smart 3 in its garage, while the 1100 GI at 10.97 m accommodates a Fiat 500 or Mini Cooper SD. Gross vehicle weight is 18 tonnes, width 2.55 m, height 3.90 m. The base 1050 GI is priced at €704,900, the 1100 GI at €721,050.

Since summer 2025, a Concorde Centurion motorhome built on a three-axle Mercedes-Benz Actros 2542 chassis has been listed for sale in Moscow. The asking price is ₽120 million, and no buyer has been found. The seller claims no such vehicles remain in the country and none will appear again: it was imported before the recycling fee was introduced, is registered in Russia, has 24,782 km, category C/M1. Inspection is required before any discussion.

At the Elmia Husvagn Husbil trade fair, opening September 9, Forsbergs Fritidscenter will showcase three Swedish premieres in booth A01:30: the new flagship Concorde Centurion 2027, Frankia's new top series Noctra Liner, and the adventure-oriented Yucon K-Peak. The full Niesmann+Bischoff lineup, including the Arto 84, will also be on display, along with maintenance lectures for motorhome owners.

At the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, Concorde unveiled the new Carver 900 GI, a 9.25-meter motorhome with a car garage and a gross weight of 7.49 tons. Based on the Iveco Daily chassis, the model features a side-mounted bed and an optional system to recharge an electric car from the alternator. Prices start at €336,000; the displayed unit costs €487,440.

The new Concorde Centurion 1100 GI, debuting at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, features a garage under the double bed that can hold a Fiat 500 or Mini Cooper. Built on a Mercedes-Benz Actros chassis with a gross weight of 18 tonnes, it requires a C-class licence. The price in Germany is €715,000.

Motorhome sales in Cumbria rose 15.8% in Jan-May, with younger buyers joining retirees. Meanwhile, informal overnight spots in the Lake District face litter and anti-social behavior issues.

Concorde has completely redesigned its flagship Centurion series for the 2027 model year. The 10.5-metre Centurion 1050 GI is built on a Mercedes-Benz Actros chassis with an 18-tonne gross vehicle weight and a 395 hp 10-litre V6 diesel. Standard equipment includes a 24-volt electrical system with 600 Ah lithium batteries (equivalent to 1,200 Ah at 12 V), 470 litres of fresh water and a 300-litre toilet tank. The rear houses a garage for a Smart car, and the side lockers now swing open sideways instead of upwards.

A journalist tested the Concorde Liner 1090 GIO, an 11-meter motorhome built on a Mercedes Actros 1843 chassis. Gross weight is 18 tons, price around €850,000. It features a 10.7-liter diesel (430 hp), automated 12-speed gearbox, and retarder. Fuel consumption is about 18 L/100 km, range up to 1,400 km. A truck driving license (category C) is required. Not all campsites accept vehicles over 9 meters.

The first edition of the Atlantic Caravaning Salon in Vigo, Spain, concludes on May 31, 2026. The event featured 50 exhibitors and hosted about 200 caravanners at a free overnight area. Spread over 8,000 sq m, the show included motorhomes, caravans, campervans, urban vans, and 4x4 overland vehicles. Highlights included a two-axle Concorde Charisma over 9 meters long, capable of carrying a small car, and Vancubic cabins for quick camper conversion of large vans.

Michèle and Alain Réguillon sold their house in Annonay (Ardèche) five years ago and moved into a 11.5 m Concorde Liner motorhome. They are attending the heavy motorhome club rally in Moréac (Morbihan) from May 14 to 17, 2026. The couple travels across France year-round, avoiding highways, and consumes about 20 L/100 km. A new comparable vehicle costs €700,000–800,000; their 13-year-old unit had 48,000 km at purchase.

Concorde has introduced the Cruiser Atego 890 RLA, a luxury motorhome built on a 12-tonne Mercedes Atego chassis. At nearly 9 meters long and over 3.5 meters high, it features a large U-shaped rear lounge, twin beds (106x200 cm) in the cab-over bunk, and a full-width bathroom. Homologated for two, it can accommodate two additional passengers. Price starts at €420,000.

The Concorde Liner 990 GI, a luxury motorhome built on a Mercedes-Benz Atego 1230L truck chassis, is listed on TipCars. A 2023 model with 23,000 km is priced at 10.69 million Czech koruna.

Concorde has introduced the Credo motorhome, positioned as a compact luxury class for long-term travel. The model is offered in several floorplans up to 8.4 meters in length with a gross vehicle weight of up to 7.49 tons and features a continuous double floor holding up to 270 liters of fresh water. The motorhome is designed for experienced drivers who value the comfort of large liners but prefer more manageable dimensions for European roads.

Concorde has introduced the Cruiser Daily motorhome line on an Iveco chassis, designed for active vanlife. The models are available in several layouts (LA, RLA, LRA), feature a separate alcove sleeping area, winter preparation with a heated double floor, and a security system with a radar-based emergency brake assist.
