OHCE2026 Prospective Owners Workshop (POW!)
A workshop for future campground owners
The OHCE2026 Prospective Owners Workshop (POW!) is an educational forum held as part of OHI's Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE2026) in Fort Worth, Texas. It is aimed at people who want to buy, build or invest in an RV park or campground but have not yet entered the business — covering the fundamentals of acquiring, financing and operating an outdoor hospitality property.
Led by experienced operators and industry experts, the workshop walks attendees through site selection, due diligence, business models and the realities of running a park. For aspiring owners who dream of creating the kind of places vanlifers love to stay, POW! is a focused, single-day primer ahead of the wider conference and expo.
