According to a survey by Assocamp, conducted among 52 dealers, 57.7% of buyers prefer motorhomes to hotels and tourist villages, and 38.5% are willing to give up second homes. The main reason (65.4%) is the freedom of time and movement, as well as the ability to carry sports equipment and animals (48.1%). The main buyers are couples aged 50–65 (55.8%) and families with children aged 35–50 (44.2%). Traditional motorhomes remain the most popular (51%), but interest in compact camper vans is growing, which are appreciated by young sporty couples.
