Italian manufacturer Mobilvetta has introduced the new Karys camper line, which replaces the Admiral series. It comprises three models — Karys 5.1, 6.3 and 6.5 — built on the Fiat Ducatoⓘ. All versions offer four seating and two sleeping positions, with lengths ranging from 5.99 to 6.36 m.
In versions 5.1 and 6.5, the rear beds lift electrically, freeing space for bicycles or bulky gear. Standard equipment includes a 200 W solar panel, a 100 Ah lithium battery, a Trumaⓘ Combi 4 heater, a rear-view camera, an 84 L refrigerator, an awning, a mosquito net and an electric step. The design is more restrained but refined.
According to one source, the Karys 6.5 is equipped with a 160 hp engine and automatic transmission, plus a digital instrument cluster and a winter package. The price starts at 67,990 euros. The premiere will take place at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf from August 28 to September 6, 2026.
