The ninth motorhome blessing will take place in Malestroit, Morbihan, Brittany, on 28–29 August 2026 as part of the Saint Giles festival, the patron saint of motorhomers in the village since 2017. In 2025, 218 owners took part; by mid-August 2026, 170 motorhomes had registered, including from Bouches-du-Rhône, Côte-d’Or, Pas-de-Calais and Charente-Maritime. The programme includes welcome from 10:00 on Friday, vespers at 16:00, prayer and blessing at 14:30 on Saturday and mass at 18:30; registration remains open until Friday noon. The tradition was founded by Father Yves Carteau in 2017, and this year Vicar General Yann Lamouroux will lead the ceremonies.
From 6 to 8 November 2026, the Terra d’Olivi in Camper event will take place in Illasi (province of Verona), organised by the municipality of Illasi in collaboration with the Valdillasi Camper Club. Participants will be able to taste new-season olive oil and join guided tours of the historic village. Attendance is limited to 80 motorhomes, with mandatory registration by 22 October 2026.

On 19–20 September, Camping du Pont de Vicq in Le Buisson-de-Cadouin hosted the first Hymer Classic meeting. 27 motorhomes and about 45 people from nine of France's thirteen mainland regions attended; the farthest participants came from Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Brittany. The oldest vehicle present dated from 1989, and the longest measured seven metres. Several owners live in their motorhomes year-round. A debate on different forms of housing was held at the Lux cinema, and on Sunday a drive to Campagne and Le Bugue took place before three trophies were awarded.

On 26 September 2026, Palena (Chieti province) will hold the National Outdoor Day. 37 campers are expected, with free guided tours and a visit to the Grotta del Cavallone caves.
About 200 women in RVs arrived in Farmington, New Mexico, for the RVing Women national convention. The event includes driving lessons and maintenance workshops.
From 9 to 11 October 2026, the third Camperfest — Destinazione L’Aquila will take place in San Demetrio ne’ Vestini (L’Aquila). The programme includes the Grotte di Stiffe, a tour of L’Aquila’s historic centre and a saffron DOP tasting.

ACSI is accepting votes for the best campsites in the ACSI Awards 2027. Voting is online and runs until 15 January 2027. Winners will be announced in April 2027. Voters can choose in nine categories, including best campsite for children, best swimming pool, best motorhome pitches, and others. Two overall awards will also be given: 'Best Campsite' and 'Best Small, Cosy Campsite'. Prizes are raffled among participants, with the main prize being a week of camping in a luxury SunLodge at Vilanova Park campsite in Spain.
At the 58th ADAC classic car rally 'Rund um den Rochlitzer Berg' on Saturday in Rochlitz, a new trailer is presented. Lukas Heinig from Rochlitz restored a Qek Aero and will tow it with his 1986 Wartburg 353. The Wohnwagen is on display at the market square.
From Friday to Sunday, Santa Fiora (Tuscany) will host the national PleinAir Festival organised by the Paesi Bandiera Arancione association. Participants will stay at the semi-equipped camper area on via Martiri della Niccioleta, which has loading and unloading services. On Saturday, a guided tour of the historic centre includes Palazzo Sforza Cesarini, churches and Robbian works, followed by an aperitif and distribution of PleinAir 2026 gadgets. On Sunday, a guided visit to the Galleria Alta and the source of the Fiora river will be held in groups of up to 12 people. Optional visits include the Mercury Mining Museum of Monte Amiata and the Peschiera Park.

The third edition of the Motorhome Rally took place in Pato Bragado, Paraná, Brazil, bringing together more than 100 motorhomes and participants from various regions and other countries. Mayor John Nodari stated that the event boosted local commerce and promoted tourist attractions, including Porto Britânia, which is set to receive investments for improvements and revitalization, as well as the Municipal Lake. The rally was organized by a committee of local motorhome owners and the Municipal Department of Industry and Commerce.
Airstream Club International (ACI) held its 69th International Rally in Minot, North Dakota, from Aug. 22-27, drawing 938 Airstreams and 1,834 attendees from 48 states, four Canadian provinces, and Germany to the North Dakota State Fairgrounds. Members donated over 26,000 food items and packed 2,300 food bags for the Souris Valley United Way's Backpack Buddies program, raising $40,330.49, including a $10,000 matching donation from the Minot Area Community Foundation. The next International Rally will be held in Rock Springs, Wyoming, June 26-July 1, 2027.

China's State Council circulated measures from ten departments to stimulate motorhome consumption. A music festival with motorhomes will be held on 5–6 October 2026 in Putuo District, Shanghai.
A record was set at the autumn fair in Andslimoen. Ivar Granheim has attended the fair since its inception; this weekend he returned to Andslimoen accompanied by 13 other motorhomes. Space was tight both at the campsite and inside the fair. Some visitors limited themselves to looking, while others made purchases.
The 2026 Yangtze River Delta Motorhome Rally and Sports Leisure Experience Season (Hanshan stop) took place from September 18 to 20, with 100 motorhomes starting from Lingjiatan Cultural and Creative Block, passing through Yuncao Ancient Town, Dayutan Wetland Park, and Baochanshan Scenic Area, ending at Liuhe Stone Tribe, covering a 99-km route. Co-organized by the sports bureaus of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui, the event has been held for 12 sessions since 2014, with the first motorhome rally held in Anqing in 2022. Hanshan stop featured side events such as a short-video contest and a sports-themed carnival, along with local food and product markets, aiming to boost sports and cultural tourism and convert event traffic into consumer spending.
The ROAM RV-LIFE FEST 2026 will take place on October 24–25 at Tsumagoi Resort in Kakegawa, Shizuoka Prefecture, from 10:00 to 16:00. The event will feature an exhibition of motorhomes and other recreational vehicles, outdoor equipment, pet products and a food area. After 16:00, the main area will be reserved for registered camping and overnight vehicle participants. The FIELD SAUNA VILLAGE in Tsumagoi, organised with the Shizuoka Sauna Association, will include a bus sauna, barrel sauna, containers and tents; use requires advance reservation and costs ¥4,000, separate from the festival ticket. Advance tickets cost ¥1,000, while on-site admission is ¥1,100; children of elementary school age and younger enter free. The festival will proceed in rain but may be cancelled in severe weather. Dog owners must check rules in advance, including compliance with rabies vaccination and infectious disease prevention requirements; organisers may request proof of vaccination or antibody tests.

From 25 to 27 September 2026, the 4th Nadbużański Caravan Rally will take place in Drohiczyn on the Bug River. The programme includes a feast with local delicacies, live music, an open-air cinema, kayaking and tours.
On September 19, the Yangtze Delta motorhome rally 2026 and the 13th sports and leisure tourism season started in Hanshan, Anhui Province. More than 100 motorhomes and 200 people are taking part.
