On Sunday at around 1 p.m., a car lost its caravan on the Brenner motorway near Klausen after it detached from the tow hitch for reasons still unclear. No injuries were reported, and the caravan came to a stop on its own at the roadside. Fire brigades, rescue services and road maintenance crews were deployed. A traffic jam of eight kilometres formed northbound between Bozen Nord and Klausen.
