Since launching over a year ago, the company reports that 94% of callers are connected without waiting, and overall answer rates exceed 90%. Inbound call volume dropped by 20%, and over a third of calls are handled without transfer. The call center operates daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, with a 12-month Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 93.
