Forest River announced the formation of Forest River Financial Services, a new subsidiary to provide its dealer network with expanded financial tools. Two programs will launch in partnership with Octane and Aven: Forest River Finance powered by Octane for retail lending and Forest River Consumer Cards powered by Aven for credit and debit cards. U.S. Forest River RV dealers will be first to access the programs, with details and enrollment unveiled at Forest River Expo from Sept. 28 to Oct. 1. Future phases are expected to include Canada and additional Forest River business units, including Marine, Bus & Van, Cargo Trailers and Commercial Truck. The existing subsidiary Priority One Financial Services will continue to operate as a standalone business.
