Berlin-based manufacturer FIDIBUS builds camper vans based on Stellantis vans (Fiat Ducatoⓘ, Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper) and the Mercedes Sprinter. Each vehicle is hand-built using solid wood (oak, birch), ceramics, stone and stainless steel, and features a hidden 4.1 sound system in which ceiling panels serve as speakers. Payload is stated at around 500 kg depending on vehicle size and equipment; the vans can be fitted with 100–200 Ah LiFePO4 lithium batteries, up to 400 W of solar and up to 100 litres of fresh/waste water. A complete conversion including a new vehicle starts at 100,000 euros.
