A summer comedy titled «Uff Achse – Camping, Chaos und Camorra» has been announced by the Berlin-based project «Gutes Wedding, Schlechtes Wedding». Sun Living launches 20 Edition anniversary models

Sun Living has introduced four special 20 Edition models for its 20th anniversary. Unlike the usual a la carte options, these versions come with a fixed equipment package including metallic paint, alloy wheels, awning, fly screens, blinds, and exclusive interior trim. For three motorhomes on Ford Transit, the surcharge is about €3,600, while the estimated value of individual options ranges from €6,200 to €7,000. The V 65GX camper van on Fiat Ducato, with multimedia system and rear camera, costs €60,389 — roughly €4,000 above base, saving at least €2,400.

Adria Compact DC 2027: new motorhome with adjustable bed and diesel heating

Adria has introduced a new floor plan, Compact DC, for its Compact series of semi-integrated motorhomes. The 2027 model features a height-adjustable Queensbett (bed measuring 1.40–1.60 m) with a garage underneath for bicycles. Standard equipment includes Truma Combi D4 diesel heating and a 100 Ah lithium battery. The motorhome is 7.12 m long, 2.12 m wide, with a gross weight of 3.5 t. Base price starts at €72,290 on a Citroën Jumper chassis.

DEKRA urges safety check for motorhomes and caravans before departure

DEKRA, the expert organization, recommends a thorough technical inspection of motorhomes and caravans after winter storage. Key checks include brakes, electrics, tires, and gas systems. Since June 2025, a biennial G607 gas inspection is mandatory. Proper loading and route planning are also emphasized.

Plans for a 20-vehicle motorhome site in Stapel

The municipality of Amt Neuhaus (Germany) is considering a project to create a new motorhome parking area in the Stapel district. The site, previously used as a sports field and kindergarten, could accommodate 15–20 motorhomes and possibly a few tiny houses. Project initiator Thomas Frank presented the concept to the local tourism committee. Funding may come through the Leader program, requiring the municipality to determine its own contribution.
