Frankia, Hymer and Carthago have updated or launched new three-axle integrated motorhomes over eight meters long for the 2027 season. The Frankia Noctra Liner 8.3 L, Hymer B-Klasse Master Line I 880 and Carthago Chic E-Line I 61 XL LE differ in layout and equipment: Frankia emphasizes an open, modern living space, Hymer combines luxury with high self-sufficiency, and Carthago maintains its opulent Liner style with a focus on storage, comfort and digital technology.

Carthago expands its c-tourer lineup for 2027 with the new C2-tourer I 146 FF-RB-LE. The 7.31-meter model features a lounge area with two opposing benches that can be converted into forward-facing seats. The integrated double floor offers additional storage, accessible from both outside and inside. The motorhome is available on Fiat Ducato or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter bases.

The trend of buying or renting motorhomes, boosted by the coronavirus pandemic, remains strong in the Kleve district. According to the ADAC, around one million such vehicles were registered in Germany in 2025. Buyers can choose from a wide range of sizes and equipment levels. Many purchases are made in Kalkar, where dealer Wolters offers models such as Carthago.

For model year 2027, Carthago introduces the new "Imperia" interior style with ash Casino surfaces, matte white overhead cabinets, and a floating countertop, along with a digital on-board management system featuring a 7-inch touch panel and smartphone app.

The average price of a new camper in Lithuania has increased from €48,000 to €78,000 (excluding VAT) over five years, a rise of more than 60%. According to data from the company 'Kemperiai 365', the buyer profile has shifted: more people over 60, who have sold their homes or businesses, are buying premium campers for extended winter trips to Spain or Portugal. Premium German brands such as Malibu Carthago, Hymer, and Adria are gaining popularity. Modern engineering allows fully integrated campers to stay under 3.5 tonnes, making them drivable with a standard B-category license. High-end campers depreciate by only about €4,000 per year.
