The Podkarpackie Voivodeship in Poland has launched a campaign to attract camper tourists. The region offers campsites with electricity, water, and sanitary facilities. Routes include the Bieszczady Mountains, the Low Beskids, Roztocze, Rzeszów, and the San and Vistula river valleys.
From June 19 to 21, the 'Świętojanki' caravan rally took place in Promnice, organized by the Automobilklub Wielkopolski. 36 people attended with 15 caravans and motorhomes. The program included a kayak trip on the Warta River, a pétanque competition, and Midsummer Night celebrations.
At the Żwirownia Wojanów reservoir in Poland, strong wind swept a caravan into the water, pushing it about 150 meters across a small bay. Rescuers from Jelenia Góra confirmed no one was inside. A specialist fire service dive team recovered the caravan after nearly four hours.

On Tuesday, July 14, a strong wind blew a camper trailer into the Żwirownia reservoir in Wojanów. The trailer drifted about 150 meters; no one was inside. Rescuers from WOPR and the fire brigade retrieved it in four hours.
A severe storm hit Jelenia Góra (Lower Silesia). Over 55 mm of rain fell in less than an hour, streets were flooded, and numerous trees were uprooted. Five scout camps were evacuated. Firefighters recorded 211 calls in the city and Karkonosze County. A caravan was blown into water at a gravel pit in Wojanów. Four hospital wards were flooded, and a warehouse roof partially collapsed (120 people evacuated). No casualties reported. IMGW raised the warning to the highest (third) level for nine counties in the region.

Lamar has unveiled a van with a gross vehicle weight of 2490 kg, designed for international transport without a tachograph. The vehicle is built on the Stellantis K0 platform (Fiat Scudo, Opel Vivaro, Peugeot Expert, Citroen Jumpy, Toyota Proace). Options include a LAMbox S container for 3 euro pallets with a berth (600 mm wide) or a curtain-sided body for 4 euro pallets. The engine is a 2.2-litre turbodiesel (2184 cc) with a timing belt, the same as in the X250 series (Fiat Ducato, etc.).

A privately owned motorhome was placed on a protected meadow at Łapszanka Pass in Podhale, belonging to a person from outside Nowy Targ county. The District Building Supervision Inspectorate in Nowy Targ deemed it a gross violation, as the land is agricultural and under strict landscape protection, prohibiting any structures. The inspectorate rejected the claim that it is a vehicle and classified it as a residential-recreational building. An administrative proceeding has been initiated, and a second caravan has already appeared nearby.

Hikers in the Beskids (Poland) were surprised to see a caravan on Rycerzowa Glade at an altitude of nearly 1200 m. According to the local PTTK shelter, it is a mobile shepherd's hut used for sheep grazing. The same day, a music festival (OSPA) was held near the shelter, drawing mixed reactions from visitors.
Polish travelers Aldona and Daniel, known as KamperManiacy, have returned to their native Lublin region and filmed a new episode about Chełm and its surroundings. They visited the Chełm Chalk Tunnels, the Sobibór memorial, and the Brzeźno nature reserve, emphasizing that interesting places can be found close to home.
On Monday, July 6, a caravan caught fire in Pcim, Myślenice County. Multiple fire brigades, an ambulance team, and a helicopter of the Polish Medical Air Rescue were dispatched. One person was injured and airlifted to a hospital.

A ranking of 10 camping spots in Greater Poland has been published, including city campsites in Poznań, family lakeside bases, and agritourism sites. Prices vary: at Camping Malta, an adult pays from 50 zloty per night, a child 4–14 years old 30 zloty, a tent for 1–3 persons 60 zloty.
On 6 July 2026 at about 5:30 a.m., firefighters were called to a fire involving a summer house and a travel trailer in Pcim. A 55-year-old man sustained multiple burns and was airlifted to hospital. Both structures were completely destroyed; propane-butane cylinders were cooled to reduce risk. 21 firefighters responded.

Chinese automaker Leapmotor has unveiled the flagship D99 minivan.
