Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, the world's largest trade fair for motorhomes and caravans, opened on August 28 and runs until September 6, 2026. Across 10 exhibition halls, manufacturers present 2027 novelties and prototypes of future models.
According to PolskiCaravaning.pl, this year manufacturers presented fewer revolutionary novelties, focusing instead on updating existing models. Among the showcased novelties are the first electric Volkswagen ID. California, an electric camper from Wavecamper based on the Ford Custom, as well as new models from Weinsberg, Carthago, Knaus and other brands. Organizers also expanded areas for roof-tent camping and off-road travel, reflecting growing interest in more flexible holiday formats.
