German caravan manufacturer Bürstner is halting production of travel trailers after nearly 70 years. The decision follows several years of declining sales in Europe and a shift in demand toward motorhomes and campervans. Production will cease in summer 2026, with the 2027 model lineup excluding caravans. The company will focus on the more profitable motorhome segment, while service and spare parts for existing owners will continue.
