In Sweden, new motorhome registrations rose 50.4% in the first eight months of 2026, reaching 4,834 units compared with 3,215 a year earlier. Caravan registrations fell 4.6% to 1,067. August saw 488 motorhomes (up from 396) and 100 caravans (down from 123). The industry association attributes part of the increase to early registrations to meet new Euro 6 rules, while weaker caravan sales reflect household financial conditions.
