Germany's Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt has issued a recall for the Fiat Ducatoⓘ, Citroën Jumper, Peugeot Boxer and Opel Movano because a leaking fuel pressure damper can release diesel onto hot engine parts, creating a fire risk, and onto the road, increasing slip risk. For the Ducato the affected batch is limited to July 2026 production: about 2,800 units worldwide, 1,271 in Germany; for the Boxer (22.12.25–31.07.26) 1,601 and for the Jumper 1,486. The KBA figures overstate exposure for finished motorhomes, as chassis often wait weeks or months at converters before body installation and many units go to commercial buyers. Owners will be contacted by the KBA or Stellantis; dealers will replace the lower fuel line section including the faulty damper in about 30–90 minutes at Stellantis' cost.
