The municipality of Valdés has installed height barriers at Cadavedo beach, blocking vehicles over two meters high. The measure aims to prevent overnight stays by motorhomes on beaches and will be extended to other beaches. Violators face fines up to 500 euros, with repeat offenses or sewage dumping punishable by up to 3,000 euros.
