The event follows the Salone del Camper in Parma and launches the dealership's seasonal calendar. Visitors can view 2027 caravan and camper novelties, as well as new and used vehicles from Bürstner, Carado, Etrusco, Hymer, Laika and Crosscamp. PLEINAIRCLUB members receive a 10% discount on camping and leisure accessories, excluding promotions.

Etrusco has unveiled the T 6.9 SBC semi-integrated motorhome based on the Ducato. It measures 6.99 m long and 2.32 m wide, with a 140 hp engine and manual gearbox. The base price is €61,499. An optional manual pop-up bed costs €1,699 and increases sleeping capacity to five. An automatic transmission is €3,499, the Complete Selection package is €5,999, and the Carrara upholstery is €599.
Rentalis, based in San Severino Marche, will exhibit at the Salone del Camper trade fair in Parma from 12 to 20 September 2026. The dealer announced partnerships with motorhome manufacturers Blucamp and Etrusco, expanding its range beyond Rimor caravans. New 2027 motorhome models will be displayed at the Blucamp (hall 3) and Etrusco (hall 6) stands, with market launch scheduled for next year.
German manufacturer Etrusco has unveiled the A 6.9 SB, a seven-meter motorhome designed for families of up to four people. The model features a spacious interior and a large rear garage capable of storing bicycles and other gear. It is positioned as a relatively affordable option, though with some compromises in equipment.
Etrusco has announced several new models for the Caravan Salon 2026. These include the narrow partially integrated V 6.8 SF and V 6.8 SCF with a drop-down bed in the front, and the CV 640 PB+ with a Skyview roof and electric drop-down bed. Etrusco received the PLUS X AWARD 'High Customer Satisfaction 2026/2027' based on a survey of over 16,000 consumers. The interior design has been awarded the German Design Award 2026 and the iF Design Award 2026. Prices for the T-Base series start at 61,499 euros.

The Etrusco CV 600 DB+ motorhome based on the Fiat Ducato is again participating in a long-term test by Auto Bild. The 6-meter model features a pop-up roof for €5,999, a Complete Selection package for €3,999, and other equipment. The test revealed reliable road behavior but noted a long brake pedal travel and noise above 120 km/h.
The European Safety Gate system has reported recalls for motorhomes from seven brands within the Erwin Hymer Group: Bürstner, Corigon, Dethleffs, Etrusco, Hymer, Laika, and LMC. The issue is a defective weld on the ISOFIX bracket, which may fail in a crash and increase the risk of injury to a child. The recall covers vehicles built from January 1, 2018, to May 1, 2026; the exact number of affected units has not been disclosed.
Several manufacturers have introduced campers with a drop-down bed at the rear, allowing for an expanded cargo area. This layout provides a fixed sleeping space without the need for setup and offers variable loading heights. According to Etrusco, passengers can sleep on the raised bed simultaneously.
Etrusco has unveiled the V6.8 SCF, based on the Ford Transit, which will premiere at the Caravan Salon 2026. The 6.83-meter-long, 2.14-meter-wide camper features an optional pop-up bed, increasing sleeping capacity to four. Prices start at €59,499.
Dethleffs has added two new dealers in the Netherlands: Linberg Caravan Centrum in Molenschot (West Brabant) and CCR in Lemmer (Friesland). The first caravans are now on display. Linberg has been in business since 1968, while CCR sells Laika and Etrusco motorhomes and plans to expand.

Mobilvetta's Fluideen concept entered the ADI Design Index 2025, Laika collaborates with GFG Style, Etrusco won the German Design Award 2026, and Wingamm uses Rubelli bio-based fabrics.
IMTEST tested five motorhomes suitable for four people, including models from Hymer, Knaus, Forster, Sunlight, and Etrusco. The tested motorhomes range in price from 46,000 to 127,000 euros. In 2024, 96,392 leisure vehicles were newly registered in Germany, an increase of 9.1% compared to the previous year. In the first quarter of 2025, new registrations fell by 12.9% year-on-year, mainly due to delayed commercial registrations.
Musician Jonas Holland, known as After Cooking, recorded a techno track using only industrial sounds from the Etrusco motorhome production plant in San Casciano, Tuscany. He captured noises from drills, sanders, and other machinery, assembling them into a rhythmic piece without synthetic sounds. The YouTube video received positive feedback, with some viewers calling it the best advertisement for the brand.
