The Málaga city council has allocated a plot in La Virreina for a municipal campsite for caravans previously parked illegally at Sacaba. The first vehicles will enter on Monday in batches of 15–20, with an initial capacity of 80–100 spaces. The land transfer agreement was signed on 8 October for one year and granted to the caravan owners' association, which will manage entry and exit. Priority is given to those who have jobs but no housing.
