Article 9.1 of Spain's Horizontal Property Law requires owners to respect size, height and weight limits when parking a motorhome in a garage space. Using the vehicle for sleeping or living is classified as a change of use and is prohibited under Article 7.2. If warnings are ignored, the owners' community may go to court, which can strip the right to use the property for up to three years.
