French company Beauer unveiled the X8 caravan at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf in 2026. On the road, it measures 2.05 m wide; once parked, it deploys in 60 seconds to 4.80 m wide, providing approximately 30 m² of living space. The interior includes a lounge, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, a cassette toilet, a washbasin and a 70x70 cm shower, with capacity for eight people. Standard equipment comprises a 150 Ah lithium battery, a 25-litre electric water heater and two 55-litre tanks; options include a 200 Ah battery and up to 400 W of solar panels. Pricing starts at €109,990, with an unladen weight of 2600 kg and a gross vehicle weight of 2700 kg, leaving only 100 kg of payload.
