A customer filed a complaint against INDIE CAMPERS due to a faulty caravan and a delayed handover. The rented travel trailer had broken curtains, malfunctioning heating, gas system, and refrigerator, and half of the paid chemical tablets were missing. The handover was delayed by an hour, preventing proper inspection, and upon return, the customer was charged for mirror damage allegedly not covered by the premium insurance.
