Andrew C. Vining, 40, faces first-degree arson and domestic battery charges after a motorhome burned at the Riverview RV Campground in Douglas, Wyoming. According to the affidavit, Vining threatened to burn the vehicle during a drunken argument with his girlfriend. The fire destroyed the motorhome, spread to nearby trees and caused propane tanks to explode; the number of tanks and the cause of the blaze were not disclosed. Judge Clark C. Allan set bond at $100,000 cash only and ordered no contact with the alleged victim. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 12 November; the combined maximum penalty exceeds 20 years in prison.
