Refugio del VIRCh, a family-run project in La Angostura on Provincial Route 9 in Gaiman, Chubut, Argentina, combines a vineyard with services for motorhomers and caravan owners. Two of its 12 hectares are planted with Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot, and visitors can tour the vineyard and join tastings and events. The site offers pitches with electricity, full bathrooms, drinking water, grey water disposal, Wi-Fi and a laundry service. In summer it is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00 and on Sunday mornings; rates and motorhome stay conditions must be confirmed in advance.
