The Vice-Presidency and Council for the Presidency of Valencia (according to one source) or the Valencian government (according to another) has allocated €542,035 in subsidies to 22 municipalities at risk of depopulation. The funds are intended for creating or maintaining motorhome service points (Puntos Limpios).
The service points include grey and black water disposal as well as drinking water supply. The aim is to attract motorhome tourists and boost the local economy in rural areas.
