Dreamer (Rapido Group) has announced the 2027 model year compact camper Cap Easy based on the Renault Trafic long wheelbase. The vehicle is 5.48 meters long. Its layout features a transverse bed in the rear, similar to the Westfalia Kipling on Ford Transit Custom. The sleeping area is limited: 1.86 meters wall to wall, the mattress itself 1.66 by 1.20 meters. An additional sleeping berth is in the pop-up roof (1.92 by 1.28 meters). Base price is 58,000 euros.
Separately, Renault has introduced the fourth-generation Master, which serves as a base for motorhomes and campers. The model is available with diesel and fully electric engines, various wheelbases, and the aerodynamic Aerovan design. Manufacturer Ahorn Camp is the first to fully convert its lineup of nine motorhomes and two campers to the Master chassis. The 2027 model range premiere is scheduled for July 7, with a public showing at Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf from August 28 to September 6, 2026. Prices start at 54,300 euros for a camper and 59,900 euros for a motorhome.
