Coachmen is preparing the Origin, a motorhome built on a Ford E-450 chassis measuring about 27 feet (8.2 m) with six berths and a rear terrace that supports 1,200 pounds (about 544 kg). The company calls it a first in the Class A motorhome segment. The base price is expected to start at around $150,000; launch date and final specifications have not been announced.
