At the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, LMC presented updated standard equipment and refined models of motorhomes and caravans. All motorhomes now come standard with driver assistance systems, including emergency braking assist with pedestrian detection, lane keeping assist, and intelligent speed assist. The Tracer series, originally designed for rental, received design changes aimed at increasing comfort, including indirect lighting and new upholstery. For the Innovan Pure model, a pop-up roof option is now available for additional sleeping space.
The new LMC Tracer V 670, based on the Fiat Ducatoⓘ, is 6.74 meters long and 2.22 meters wide, making it maneuverable. The base price is 64,700 euros; the test vehicle with a 140-hp diesel and automatic transmission cost around 80,000 euros. With a curb weight of about 2.7 tons, it can carry over 800 kg of payload at a gross weight of 3.5 tons, allowing it to be driven with a standard B-class license. Inside, there are two separate beds, but the kitchen lacks power outlets, and the interior has creaks and rattles. The vehicle is not suitable for long-term off-grid living due to limited gas cylinder capacity and dependence on external electricity.
