At the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, La Strada will present the new Avanti R based on the Fiat Ducatoⓘ. The 6.36-meter model is designed for two people and is equipped with a 140 hp diesel engine and an automatic transmission. Its key feature is a rear lounge instead of a fixed bed and an electrically operated pop-up bed measuring 202 x 192 cm, lowered by a button. A slide-out mechanism for two bicycles is provided at the rear, along with an extra-high H3 roof.
The base price is €88,728. Standard equipment includes a 150-liter compressor refrigerator, a digital control panel, and GSR II safety systems. For an additional €7,990, the Comfort 4 package is available with an induction hob instead of gas.
The entire Avanti lineup for 2027 has also been updated: compressor refrigerators, a new kitchen, and changes in the bathroom have been added. In the new model, instead of a traditional rear bed, a large U-shaped sofa is installed, and the sleeping area is located in the pop-up H3 roof. The equipment also includes a frosted glass shower door.
