Local police in Lugo presented a report to municipal engineers in early August warning of poor visibility for vehicles exiting the municipal motorhome parking area. The exit leads to an intersection with four lanes controlled by traffic lights, but the exit itself has only a stop sign and a two-way sign. Drivers leaving the area can get trapped in the middle of the road, unable to see oncoming traffic until it is too late. The city council said engineers would analyze the intersection and fix the problem, though it noted no complaints had been received from residents.
