Trigano Group has launched Atom, a new UK camper brand. Sales are handled directly by Atom, while physical partners remain involved in viewing, handover and warranty work. The initial line-up comprises four versions based on the Volkswagen Crafter: the Atom 600B and 600G, both around six metres long and designed for two people, each available in Core and Element trims. Production takes place at Auto-Trail in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. The UK starting price is £61,940; a temporary launch price from £59,950 was also quoted. Orders are being taken in the UK only, with no European launch announced.
At the Caravan Salon 2026, KEC Motors presented the Mountaineer Grand Expedition, an expedition vehicle based on a 7-metre Mercedes Sprinter. The build incorporates expertise from professional recording studio construction, resulting in low noise levels inside. Prices for conversions on VW Crafter and MAN TGE start at approximately €148,000, while Mercedes Sprinter conversions start at approximately €167,000; the show vehicle with full equipment is priced at around €240,000.
UK-based Runaway Conversions has converted a Volkswagen Crafter 4Motion into the Quest camper van. The vehicle features a 20mm Altvan lift kit, all-terrain tires, a bullbar with two light pods, and a Mule roof rack with 600W solar panels and a StarLink antenna. The interior includes bamboo finishes, a kitchen with a 110-liter fridge and induction cooktop, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a transverse bed. The 24V power system comprises two 460Ah Fogstar batteries and a 5,000W inverter; water tanks are 100 liters fresh and 60 liters grey. A Truma Combi heater enables year-round use.

Volkswagen presented inflatable modules for the California Beach and the all-electric ID. California Cruise based on the ID. Buzz, with production starting in 2027. Australia-based Freedom Fit Outs has converted a 2025 Volkswagen Crafter 4Motion with a high roof into a camper van. The vehicle features all-wheel drive, two 200 W solar panels, a 350 Ah battery bank, a 2,000 W Enerdrive inverter, a 96-liter freshwater tank, and a Happijac elevator bed. The interior includes Tasmanian oak walls, black laminated cabinetry, and a Techsafe bench seat that folds flat. The build is designed for full-time off-grid living.

German company X GLOO has introduced a new pop-up roof with an inflatable structure for the Mercedes Sprinter. The system provides an additional sleeping area measuring 282 by 135 cm and will be showcased at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf. The roof inflates in two minutes, measures 23 cm in height when closed, and weighs approximately 140 kg. Availability is announced for late 2026, with versions for the VW Crafter and MAN TGE expected in the second quarter of 2027, and for the Fiat Ducato by the end of 2027.

The body uses a new lightweight material called Necto, reducing weight by 25–45 kg compared to aluminum. A 600W solar array and 400Ah battery provide full off-grid capability from May to September in Europe. A multi-filter water system recycles gray water, and a multi-fuel heater can run on HVO. The living area features twin rear beds, a kitchen with two gas burners, a 157-liter fridge, a bathroom, and Truma Combi 6 diesel heating. The recommended price in Spain starts at around €90,000, excluding taxes.

Carado has introduced the CV595 4x4 X-Edition, a compact camper based on the Volkswagen Crafter. All-wheel drive and an automatic transmission are standard, but some off-road equipment, including off-road tires and a bullbar, is optional. The camper measures 5.99 m in length, 2.04 m in width, and 2.72 m in height, with two to three sleeping berths. In the Netherlands, the starting price is €114,090.

Latvian conversion company Puna Vanlife has unveiled a campervan based on a van about 6 meters long (MAN TGE or Volkswagen Crafter) with a flexible interior layout for family travel. Instead of a side sliding door and front passenger seat, access is via the left cab door, and the roof opens to enhance space. Inside, modular furniture provides sleeping for four, including a hanging bed for children that installs in 7 minutes, two ISOFIX-equipped seats that convert into a 190×178 cm bed, a separate bathroom with portable toilet, sink, and shower, and a compact kitchen with a pull-out table, 42-liter fridge, and microwave.
Latvian company Puna Vanlife has developed a new camper layout for 6-meter vans (MAN TGE, Volkswagen Crafter) that omits the sliding door and passenger seat, with entry through the cab door. The interior features two double benches that convert into beds and a removable hanging cot for a child, allowing transport of five belted passengers (four with ISOFIX) and sleeping up to four.
