The municipality of Oristano has published a tender for the management of the camper area (29,000 sq m) and the large events venue (59,000 sq m) in Torregrande. The total site area is about 88,000 sq m.
The concession is for 20 years with a possible extension up to 30 years (according to some sources, up to 10 years). The initial annual fee is €35,000, reduced to 10% of that amount for the first three years. The winner must complete the renovation of both areas, including infrastructure improvements and installation of video surveillance. Priority is given to project quality, innovation, and sustainability.
