Tsarevo municipality leased 3.5 hectares of land on the first line at Butamyata beach in Sinemorets for a caravan and camper van campsite. The plot includes pastures and forest, with plans for 85 caravans, 20 camper vans, and tents, increasing pressure on the infrastructure of Strandzha Nature Park. The annual rent is €6,700, while daily rates are €30 per spot; the March 11 tender involved two bids filed one minute apart, with the losing bidder being the former owner of the winning company and reportedly the spouse of the winner.
