The stopover is on Calle Marino Fernández Fontecha between Las Llamas park and the university campus. It provides 25 spaces and adds to the 15 existing spaces in Nueva Montaña. Parking is allowed for up to 48 hours, and the site has a service point for grey and black water, a drinking water tap, benches and a rubbish container. The works cost around 30,000 euros and were carried out by municipal services. City officials said the measure is intended to support motorhome tourism and was agreed with the campsite association.
