A motorhome stopover called Trendulas has opened in North Hesse with twelve pitches around six metres wide, located next to the Diemel river. The site offers electricity and fresh water hook-ups, grey water disposal, sanitary facilities with showers and WCs (open in frost-free conditions), and additional pitches without electricity. Water, electricity and shower use are not included in the pitch fee. A bread roll delivery service operates on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and there is a snack vending machine and a herb garden for guests. Restaurants, cafés, a bakery, a supermarket and a pharmacy are within walking distance, and nearby bus stops provide access to the surrounding region.
