The Stellplatz-Radar app has identified the 10 motorhome and caravan sites that saw the biggest surge in popularity in August 2026. The list includes paid and free pitches in Germany, Austria and Italy. The top spot went to Stellplatz am Kurgarten in Bad Bocklet, Germany, offering 13 pitches at €10 per night. Second was the site at the leisure pool in Neunburg vorm Wald (€3 per day), third was Camping Waldsee in Ladbergen. Other popular sites include CampingOase Eider in Hennstedt, WohnmobilPark Grünberg in Hesse and Sonnencamping Stubai in Austria.
