The Furlbachtal campsite in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock, North Rhine-Westphalia, is drawing tourists from abroad. In July alone, around 3,000 overnight stays were recorded, including about 1,000 guests from North Rhine-Westphalia and 600 from the Netherlands. The Perrin family from Sauerland stayed 15 nights, paying about 460 euros for the pitch, excluding electricity. A Polish family living in France extended their stay after returning from Denmark. Operator Annette Auster-Müller notes the site is the only one in the district without a lake, but compensates with a family atmosphere and proximity to natural attractions.
