The Bari Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the Capri Club and Ripagnola campsites in Polignano a Mare. It was found that on these sites, caravans were converted into permanent structures with private sea access, violating landscape restrictions. Previously, in September 2025, the court seized the Club Adriatico campsite (175,000 sq m), where 414 caravan pitches had been turned into buildings ineligible for amnesty. The judge also rejected a request to use these facilities during summer 2026.
