Owners of motorhomes without Dutch license plates can register their vehicle at www.vrachtwagenheffing.nl/ontheffing-aanvragen to prevent incorrect charges. The toll does not apply to motorhomes but aims to promote sustainable transport and reduce CO2 emissions.
