German company Carado has unveiled the CV595 X-Edition, a camper based on the Volkswagen Crafter, intended for travel on unpaved roads. The model is equipped with a two-liter turbodiesel producing 163 hp, 4Motion all-wheel drive, an eight-speed automatic transmission, rear differential lock, and increased ground clearance. The vehicle length is 5.99 meters (according to another source, 5.98 m), with seating for four and two or three sleeping berths up to two meters long. Standard equipment includes a kitchen unit, refrigerator, toilet, and shower. Optional winter package with improved insulation and enhanced heating system, as well as Loder tires for severe off-road conditions, are available. Interior features a light Forest Shadow finish and Visby Oak decor, with a ceiling height of 1.98 m. The starting price is 92,650 euros.
