Mercedes-Benz head of exterior design Robert Lesnik stated that station wagons (estates) have lost their appeal. According to him, sales have dropped in the US and China, and models are too expensive in Europe. The Mercedes portfolio still includes petrol estates in the C-Class, CLA and E-Class ranges, but an electric C-Class estate is not planned at the moment. The decision may be reconsidered if BMW launches the i3 Touring.

New Adria Supertwin 2026 camper
