MAN has updated its TGE range with a multifunctional CombiFree version, a base vehicle for self-builders and more options for configuring a camper van. The CombiFree package, based on the approximately six-metre TGE, includes a floor with integrated mounting rails, a three-seat bench that folds into a bed, insulation in the roof, walls and doors, finished interior panels, privacy window film and an integrated audio system; two swivelling individual seats in the second row and a sliding table are optional, with seating for up to seven. For full conversions, MAN offers the standard TGE van in three lengths from about 5.99 to 7.39 metres with a maximum load volume of 18.4 cubic metres, and a prepared Camper Van base with swivelling front seats, a second battery, adapted suspension and electrics preparation. A new Reimo pop-top roof with a folding bed measuring about 210 by 126 centimetres was also presented; market launch is expected in early 2027 pending type approval.
