Three categories
MAN Truck & Bus presented a restructuring of its TGE-based camper range at Caravan Salon 2026 in Düsseldorf. The lineup is divided into three categories: fully equipped vehicles, base vehicles for self-conversion and chassis for professional manufacturers.
Exhibits
Two configurations are on display: the front-wheel-drive MAN TGE 3.160 4x2 with the KombiFree package and the all-wheel-drive MAN TGE 3.190 4x4 prepared for camper conversion. Both feature a new pop-up roof from Reimo, which can be opened manually or electrically. Also shown are the Individual Black Package and Individual Lion X packages, optional engine power upgrade kits and versions with cargo space up to 18.4 cubic metres with the Basisfahrzeug Camper Van package.
Digital services
Digital services have been expanded, including free map updates, traffic-data navigation, over-the-air updates and the ChatGPT-based IDA voice assistant, included in the base price at no extra charge.
