According to ASEICAR, 664 new motorhomes and campers were registered in Spain in April 2026, a 2.2% decrease from 679 units in the same month of 2025. New caravan registrations remained stable at 136 units. The decline is driven by a drop in rental registrations (from 223 to 141), while private demand increased (from 456 to 523). The used motorhome and camper market grew by 10.6% (to 2,405 units), and used caravans by 9.2% (to 672), partly due to recent regulatory changes. The camper segment continues to grow, with 319 new registrations versus 241 a year earlier, led by urban vans.
