Sales of new motorhomes and camper vans in Spain fell 2.2% year-on-year in April to 664 units, according to Aseicar. The decline was driven by a 21.2% drop in motorhome registrations (to 345 units), mainly due to fewer rental fleet purchases. Camper van registrations rose 32.4% to 319 units, while the second-hand motorhome and camper van market grew 10.6%.
